We specialise in hospitality with attention to details and strive to make our guests feel at home while offering services similar to those found in a hotel.
A direct guest-family relationship has been the key to our success over the years, guaranteeing privacy, rest, and tranquility, even for one-night stays.

La Capezzagna is a small, family-run holiday farm managed by Mauro and Sandra who reside in the same building. We can accommodate up to ten people in three separate units, each with independent access.
The farm is located in the centre of the region of Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti: just 7 km from the sea and bathing establishments on the fine sand at Francavilla al Mare; and 25 km from the mountains and ski lifts at Passo Lanciano.

The farm is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, set in a panoramic position 110 metres above sea level.
We have a garden, terrace and porch for our guests’ use.
Within a radius of 20 km there are numerous tourist sites to visit. We have maps and brochures available to help you plan your itineraries
and can organise guided visits to agricultural-alimentary activities and artisans such as wineries and olive presses.
Breakfast is hearty and includes foods produced at the farm.
We offer the daily room/bath/bed package, a sun umbrella to take to the free beach, use of an umbrella and beach chair free of charge for our guests at a bathing establishment 8.5 km away, and two mountain bikes.
The stay: average cost per person per day is € 37, including breakfast (during winter the cost is approximately € 10 more per room per day for heating).
Half-board : average cost per person per day is € 55 for room, breakfast and dinner.
Restaurant: the fixed menu meal is reserved for our guests and costs € 20 , excluding beverages.
Dinner is served at a family-style table with the other guests, along with owners Mauro and Sandra.

Soaps and other hygiene products are offered in each suite; bath linens are changed every two days, bed linens every four. Television and fan are available upon request.
All units have autonomous heating and circuit breakers and first aid kit.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with mineral water and chocolates in their room, as well as a selection of brochures about Abruzzo.
At departure, we present our guests with a bottle of wine or other packaged farm product.
Guests are covered by our “Global Insurance” policy for liability by Reale Mutua Assicurazioni during their stay.
