Set among green hills along the road that connects Lucca with the ancient town of Camaiore and just a few kilometres from the beaches of Versilia, you’ll find the “La Fata” country house. The house has been divided into six independent, comfortably furnished apartments and it is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday or short period in either summer or winter. A large garden and equipped swimming pool are available for guest use.
The typical, two-level Lucchese style house was renovated in 2001 and sits on about 3000 sq m of land. There is plenty of parking space, an equipped garden and 6x12 m swimming pool (open mid May to early Oct) with outdoor shower and relaxation area with armchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. All six apartments have tile floors, country style furnishings and gas heating. Restaurants and bars are just  600-700 metres from the house; grocery shops and a bank are just 2 km away.
