In only a few years the festival of blue fish (also called “poor” fish) held at San Vincenzo has become a great success and satisfaction for promoters of this important element in the life of this town in the province of Leghorn. From the various anchovies, sardines and tuna, delicious dishes are prepared which tempt the palate.
This is also a good occasion to take a healthy walk along the sea and admire the fascinating pine wood that, in some places, nearly reaches the water.
