Enjoying beautiful views of the rolling green hills and the towers of the city, Le Case lies in splendid countryside just over 3 Km from the medieval town of San Gimignano and within walking distance Of the historic Romanesque Church of Cellole and its stately cypress trees Le Casa is composed of two traditional Tuscan farmhouse which have been recently restored to high standard to offer very comfortable accommodation. Le Case is surrounded by vineyards and has a fully enclosed garden and parking area. The large swimming pool (14 m x 6m) enjoys a magnificent panorama of the countryside and is very well furnished with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. There are 3 apartments with very comfortably furnished and equipped to high standard with their terracotta ceilings lending them a rather special atmosphere. They have satellite television which receives various programmes including English speaking ones and each apartment has its own private patio shaded by a pergola. The patios are furnished with table and chairs for eating outside and there are sunbeds and a barbecue. Double rooms are also available with private bathroom with shower and if you want you can use the kitchen. There is a utility room with washing machine for communal use. Obtainable from the owner are mountain bikes. Parking is in the car park in the ground of Le Case.
