The Farmhouse extends in the hilly zone, 600 m. above sea level., it in the  marchigiane green hills, in the National Park of the Sibylline mountains.
 From the Farmhouse there is a lovely  panoramic view on the surrounding country, with typical agricultural houses, the countryside is rich in arboreal vegetation , wild quince tree, rose apple.
The Farmhouse complex is a typical construction of rural agricultural house of the early '20 completely restructured maintaining intact the architectural characteristics.
The structure includes four apartments elegantly furnished composed by bedroom, bath, kitchen and lounge.
The agricultural farmhouse has  ancient country tradition built up before the '900 from the grandfather of the actual owner have as prevailing activity the production of cereals, oil and the vineyard.
Such cultivations offer the opportunity of an approach of typical farm products. In Farmhouse produces with traditional methods  pork salami, red and white wine and breed court yard animals.
