Villa Albereto is situated at 13 km from Florence, facing the valley that appears  on San Pole in Chianti, surrounded by forests, olive trees and vineyards, with three hundred meters of  private road that separate the estate from the local road, on the hill  side named Monte Masso at  372 meters of altitude. The estate is  formed from the old main house and from the barn recently restored simply mantaining unchanged  the architectural features and that accommodates two apartments made available for guests. There ia also available a swimming  pool, the panoramic terrace, the garden around the buildings, the barbecue, everything furnished with  tables, sunbathing beds, deck chairs. For the lovers of long  walks: from the field of olive trees they  can reach the paths of the zone with routes  of one, two, six  hours with panoramic view of Chianti and of Florence. The town  is at a 2km of distance and you can  find  restaurant, bar, two small supermarkets, post office and bank.  They an urban line bus and the coach line that connects to  Florence center passes through the town.  In about an hour you can reach Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Arezzo, San Gimignano.  In half hour the small centers: Greve, Panzano, Castellina in Chianti.  

THE BARN IS FORMED FROM TWO INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS THAT CAN BE RENTED SIMULTANEOUSLY LIKE ONE PROPERTY AND THAT COMPREHENSIVELY CAN ACCOMMODATE FROM 6 TO 8 PERSONS.
