The house, as a whole, therefore has three bathrooms (all large and with marble tile), two kitchens, two dining rooms, heating-hot water system, typical Tuscan outdoor wood-burning oven, and a large parking area with convenient access from the Val di Chio provincial road.

The ground floor unit, characterized by exposed-stone walls, has two entries: one on the swimming pool side, and the other on the courtyard. From the latter side, you enter into the dining room and on the left there is the kitchen. Going up two steps you reach the other entry-sitting room from which you can go through a corridor to the two double bedrooms and marble bathroom. One of the bedrooms faces the swimming pool and the other the courtyard.

Access is by way of an external staircase. There is a dining room, and a large double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra bed) facing the swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Valdichiana.
