The ground floor has a surface of 60 mq.  And formed from two bedrooms: a double room  and one  with two individual beds.  There is also a small kitchen   with lunch table:  Television set, refrigerator, electric oven, gas cooker  and all the necessary for cooking.  The bath is composed from shower box, bidè, sink, hairdryer.  The heating installation is with radiators.  Bath linen, towels, bed sheets are changed weekly.   You can enter onto the first floor by an external staircase: it has a surface of 45 mq; the bedroom has a magnificent double bed in iron; can be added an extra bed in the spacious lounge-room.  The kitchen   is entirely i furnished and supplied with dishes, electric oven, gas stoves, refrigerator.  The radiators with boiler to gas for heating; the bath includes shower, box, sink, bidè, wc, hairdryer.  Bath linen, towels, bed sheets are changed weekly.
