Guests of AGRITURISMO MONTALBINO can taste and purchase the farm’s prodocuts at “LOMBRICAIA”, a charming rustic restaurant with a large panoramic veranda, offering breakfast and dinner based on typical Tuscan products.
It is also possible to engage the restaurant for ceremonies, special dinners, etc.

PRODUCTS:

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PGI
The farm has centuries-old olive trees of various varieties: “leccino”, frantoio”, “maremmano”, etc.
The harvest is carried out by hand and the olives are pressed within 24 hours in a stone-grinding mill press using a cold-press system without the addition of water.
The result is a fruity oil whose its fragrance and aroma last the entire year.

WINE
Wine produced from Tuscan vine species. Grapes are cultivated at the farm at an elevation of 250 m above sea level using traditional methods.

WHITE “ALBINO” TGI
Wine produced with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes, having a straw-yellow colour and white flower and apple aroma.
Serve at 10-12° C. Suitable for the entire meal.

Produced with carefully selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, this wine has a ruby red colour.
Serve at 18° C. Suitable for the entire meal.
TUSCAN RED FILUPO” TGI

Produced using classic Chianti grapes, meaning a prevalence of carefully selected Sangiovese grapes.
The wine-making process follows the traditional methods to create an intensely ruby red wine with a violet and red berry aroma.
Serve at 18° C. This wine goes best with red meats.

The farm produces PROSCIUTTO, TUSCAN SALAME, FINOCCHIONA, BACON, SOPPRESSATA, SAUSAGES.
The farm raises a small number of “Cinta Senese” and other swine in a semi-wild state using their own organic products.
Butchering follows traditional methods and the cold meats are aged in “tufo” cellars, a process which enhances the flavours and quality of the meat.
