The house Tre Lecci is a beutifull stone jewel fixed within the hills, of one of the most evocative and visited parts of the Chianti area. A large private green area is available, with many olive trees, fruit trees and wonderful green gardens where you can relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the sun of the real Tuscan region. The house Tre Lecci is located on top of a hill totally coltivated with vineyards, from which one of the most rinomated wines in the world is made. From this privileged position, a little below the house you can enjoy the wonderfull view of the magnificent towers of San Gimignano. One hundred metres away you can look at the medieval castle of Paneretta, built around the 14th century and recently restored. Our house instead goes back to 17th century, and not long ago the restoration works have concluded, making it a fascinating place where you can smell the magic of this countryside. Those who wish to come and take their holidays here will have the rare privilege of being within nature and its green, being at the same time a couple of minutes from Siena, the city of the Palio and the ‘Piazza del Campo’ (Field Square), and from the Roots of Dante: Florence, the city that in the Renaissance, thanks to the Medici family has become the art’s capital of the world. Even closer there is Certaldo, an old town village that gave birth to Giovanni Boccaccio, the Decameron author. In only an hour drive you can reach Volterra,one of the historical capitals of the Etruscans, where you can visit the wonderful museum dedicated to this ancient civilty.
