The farm holiday Il Leccio is situated inside the park of Maremma and is at 1 Km. far from Alberese, at about 6 Kms. away from the sea and at a short distance from Grosseto. From the village of Alberese it is possible to visit, through different itineraries, the most suggestive and isolated places of the park, from Bocca d’Ombrone to Cala di Forno, with the chance to admire the fauna who lives in the park: cows typical of Maremma, horses, boars, deers, rain deers, aquatic birds for the happiness of those who really love an unspoiled nature. The farm holiday Il Leccio is situated in a characteristic farmer’s estate restored during the year 1999 and every single room has been refurbished in an ancient style in agreement with the surrounding environment. Each bedroom is provided of its bathroom, TV set, fridge, heater or air conditioning . Some of them have an independent entrance and a parking . At the farm holiday Il Leccio calves and cows are bred and also many domestic animals are present, ready to play with the youngest visitors. At a short distance from us there are some spots for wonderful walks and bicycle and canoes hiring for tours on the Ombrone river.
