Vecchio Mulino di Roselle is a holiday farm set in the Tuscan Maremma , born of our passion for the land.
And to share this precious place with you – for its climate, landscape and history – we offer eight rooms (doubles, triples and quadruples) with en-suite bathroom, and three apartments (two for 2-4 people and one for 2 people). We also offer breakfast.
Rooms and apartments have private, furnished outdoor space and guests have free use of three large barbecues and the swimming pool .
Interior furnishings are typically Tuscan: warm and homey ‘poor art’ style.

Although we’re in the country, the centre of Grosseto is just 3.5 km away; pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, church, bar, tobacconist and bakery are all within a 2 km radius.
A 12-metre motorboat is available for guests for organised excursions, fishing, and scuba expeditions to the Tuscan archipelago, Argentario, Giglio, Elba etc.

We are located conveniently, making it easy to quickly reach numerous places along the coast or in the hinterland: Natural Park of Maremma and Marina di Alberese in 10 minutes; Castiglion della Pescaia, and Talamone in 20 minutes; Punta Ala, Argentario and Orbetello in 40 minutes; Marina di Grosseto and Principina a Mare in 15-20 minutes; Saturnia spa in 60 minutes; Petriolo spa in 30 minutes; Calidario spa in 45 minutes; Siena 60km, Florence 140 km, Roma 180 km.
