The small structure is found at north of the town of Lucca, easy reachable  in 10 minutes by  car, on  a hill at about 200 m of height with panoramic view on the town and surroundings.
We are in the zone of the well-known villas of the noble lucchesi, immersed in the green olives in the quietness for a vacation of relaxation and rest.  It is composed of two independent houses in common use the  park and pool of m 9X4, in sunny and panoramic position and illuminated for the warm summer evenings so that you can have  a relaxing bath and for the fun of the children.  The two houses are at above a small village and medieval church, (with 2000 sq of ground available), in ideal position for sun bathing and the relaxation.  The structure was restored in 2003, respecting the original features with the modern comfort. 

MERIDIANA 1 (130 MQ), has two double bedrooms, two baths with shower, a double room, and  single sofa bed  for a total of 6 plus 1 sleeping places.  Large kitchen area with ancient fireplace (PRICES 400,00 - 550,00 - 850,00).
MERIDIANA 2 (90 mq), 2 double bedrooms, two baths with shower, large kitchen area with fireplace of 1500 and  sofabed sleeps 2 for 4  plus 2 persons, (PRICES 350,00 - 500,00 - 800,00).  Both have  dishwasher, refrigerator, microwaves, tv, dvd and cd player.
