The Villa is on two floors. There are three different possibilities of renting the villa: 1) the whole Villa, 2) the ground floor with the garden and the right wing of the first floor, 3) the left wing of the first floor "The Foresteria" with separate entrance and separate garden.

The ground floor has six large rooms: 3 living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room, a kitchen and a big entrance hall. Facing the living-rooms and the kitchen, there is a garden with flowers and holm-oaks.The second floor on the right wing: there are 7 large bed-rooms with 7 bath-rooms and a terrace of 100 square meters; on the left wing "Foresteria" there is one living room with frescoes, 5 double bed-rooms, two bath-rooms, a kitchen with dining room with separate entrance and separate garden.

There is also the possibility of renting separately two apartements. Apartement A: Large living room-kitchen with fireplace, two double bedrooms and one bathroom, garden. Apartement B: Dinning room-kitchen, one double bedroom, bathroom, living room and a small terrace. The price for one week is 550 euro for each apartement.
